Welcoming Fall
The bountiful trees in and around the Innsbrook community have ever-so-slightly started to show some fall color, and the anticipation for nature’s makeover is palpable.
But with some cooler weather expected to move through this weekend, the fall kaleidoscope is surely right around the corner. What an ideal time of year to explore Innsbrook’s five beautiful and unique nature trails and take in the season. Each of the 100 pristine lakes offers a unique opportunity to capture a spectacular view of autumn reflections.
Fall is also a great time to welcome the array of wildlife that head to or stay in the Midwest for the winter. Sparrows, juncos, goldfinches, chipmunks and squirrels will be active in Innsbrook, gathering up their winter stores. Get closer to nature by setting up several kinds of feeders to attract a variety of birds.
Innsbrook is welcoming fall in a big way this weekend with Fall Fest on Oct. 5 – a free celebration of Camp Innsbrook with a bonfire, hayrides, snacks and crafts for the entire family and a performance by the band County Line.
See you there!
