Calling all area wedding vendors! You are cordially invited to experience the beauty of Innsbrook by taking part in the exclusive annual Innsbrook Wedding Showcase this fall. Set amidst rolling hills and sparkling lakes, Innsbrook has been one of Warren County’s most romantic and picturesque wedding destination for over 40 years. Innsbrook’s events team welcomes wedding vendors to showcase their products and services at the annual event on Sunday, November 6, from 11– 2 p.m., overlooking the beautiful Lake Aspen.

Engaged couples, their families, and attendants are excited for the return of this popular event, featuring the area’s top wedding vendors in photography, entertainment, décor, and more. “Innsbrook is a beautiful lake-side venue, attracting events of all sizes, including intimate elopements, bridal showers and parties, to grand receptions of 250+ guests,” said Innsbrook’s Aspen Director, Amber Bade. “Vendors who participate will have the opportunity to be in front of 100+ couples (some of which have already booked an Innsbrook wedding), meet our Aspen Events team, and showcase their products and services.”

Vendors will receive reserved booth space inside Innsbrook’s Aspen and Sycamore rooms. Each booth comes with one 6’ or 8’ skinny (30” wide) banquet table with linen and two chairs, with optional add-ons for tables, electricity, and more. Vendors are welcome to bring their own tables, no bigger than 8’, and set up their booths from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. the day of the showcase, with breakdown beginning no earlier than 2 p.m.
