Pinterest has issued its list of the top 100 trends for 2018, predicted by the increase in number of saves for each item, style, destination, etc. Here is how to use some of the most pinned-about items and styles in your 2018 wedding at Innsbrook!

Savor the spice – Every bride wants her wedding to be memorable and stick out in the minds of her guests. As with almost every detail, a lot of thought goes into the food! From the type of service – buffet, sit-down, even a food truck – to each course to the cake, there are many opportunities to personalize your food offerings and leave a lasting impression on your guests.

According to Pinterest, Korean condiments, especially with spicy Gochujang (red chili paste), will be popular in dishes this year. Throw in a Sriracha sauce and more mild Buffalo sauce selection and heat up your big day with a casual chicken wing offering accompanied by a “Fire Station” to allow guests to customize their savory, spicy experience!

Mocktails – Pinterest saves for “virgin cocktails” were up 160 percent. Delight guests who imbibe and those who don’t alike. Simplify the open bar with a choice of beer and wine and spend your time instead creating a memorable menu of non-alcoholic options.

Embellished shoes – Pinterest saves were up 222 percent. Granted this isn’t a completely new trend for savvy and stylish brides, but we’d love to see more of it all-around, especially for the entire wedding party!

No one wants to be stuck in uncomfortable dress shoes, but they also don’t want to dress down their feet too much for a formal occasion (where a lot of photos are sure to be taken)! Comfortable shoes with a bit of bling are the perfect compromise!

Geometric nails – Pinterest saves were up 83 percent. We’d love to see this special touch glamming up the aisle in 2018! For those who have wanted to try this trend themselves but fear a shaky hand, your wedding may be just the special occasion to treat yourself to a professional treatment!

This design is reminiscent of little tuxedos on your fingertips!

Metallics – Pinterest saves for “mixed metals” were up 423 percent. While an industrial theme may first come to mind when you picture metal materials, the diversity of silver, gold, brass, aluminum, nickel and other metallics allows them to be used with any design or theme. Combine the trendy metallic touches with one of Innsbrook’s rustic venue options for the perfect balance to your event!
