The End of Boating Season is Around the Corner

“A lot of people ask me if I were shipwrecked and could only have one book, what would it be? I always say ‘How to Build a Boat.’” – Novelist Stephen Wright

We’re not going to lie to you – it’s not going to be warm this weekend. But regardless, it is the last week you can have boats out any of Innsbrook’s 100 pristine lakes.

Big and small, round and meandering, secluded and social, our dazzling lakes are a great place for you to spend quality time with your family and friends. Since big motors aren’t permitted on our lakes, you can be sure your favorite swimming spot will be splendid, your canoeing will be serene and the fish will always bite (well, most of the time). At Innsbrook you can take advantage of all life on the lake has to offer.

Without Innsbrook’s lakes, streams, woods, meadows, and the plants and animals that live within them, our community wouldn’t be the natural paradise it is. We take our commitment to nature seriously.

So have one last fling with your boat this weekend – warm up out on the water with a nice glass of wine before cozying up by the fire pit at your chalet.

Come Saturday, November 30, all boats must be removed from all marinas, beaches and common areas. Need help with removal? Removal of small boats costs $35 ($20 each additional boat) and pontoons are $100.

We also have storage at Innsbrook. Call 636-928-3366 ext. 163 or send us an email if you have questions or would like additional information.

It’s a sad end of Innsbrook summer tradition, but fear not – next week’s blog will have some of the top Innsbrook winter activities!
