You may think of Innsbrook as a convenient summer getaway for St. Louis area families. A place where boating, swimming, sunbathing and beach fun are at the heart of it all. And during the summer, that’s certainly true. But since our start in 1971, many families have discovered the year-round paradise that is Innsbrook. We have around 200 permanent homes at Innsbrook now – a number that continues to grow with every year. And chalet owners are insulating more and more of our over 1,500 A-frame cabins so they can spend more time in their favorite getaway spot in the winter months. Christmases, New Years’ and romantic Valentine’s Days at Innsbrook are beyond compare.

As one of our property owners, St. Louis Symphony Orchestra Concertmaster David Halen, once said, “One of my favorite times to be at Innsbrook is when most people aren’t out here which is in the winter. There are no city lights to pollute the way the sky looks.”

The interest shown in a winter getaway option at Innsbrook has reached such a point that we started constructing cottages – built to be used as either a weekend/vacation getaway/second home or a full time residence!

Our convenient, maintenance-free condos serve this purpose as well.
