We’re excited to share that the HGTV episode of Lakefront Bargain Hunt profiling Innsbrook and owners Greg, Tarah, Tim and Lisa will be re-aired on Wednesday, August 8 at 7:30 a.m. and Sunday, August 26 at 3 p.m. (EST). We asked Greg and Tarah to share their thoughts on the experience and their life at Innsbrook.

What is the best thing about Innsbrook life for your family?
We’re so grateful that we’re able to leave the ‘everday distractions’ at home and enjoy spending time with kids. When we’re at IBK, our girls decide what we’re going to do; it’s a nice change of pace. Getting close to nature. It’s a peaceful retreat with no day-to-day pressure. You never know what wildlife you’ll see on the trails and what will cross your path.

What are some of the events you attend at Innsbrook?
We enjoy the pool, beaches, concerts and hiking. The fireworks display is a must see. Greg enjoys the golfing. We went horseback riding recently, which was a lot of fun. We definitely enjoy taking advantage of the amenities at Innsbrook.

What features do you feel are unique about your chalet?
Our chalet is off the beaten trail, but still close. We like the gentle slope that goes down to the lake.

How did friends, family or random strangers react to seeing you on the show?
We’ve had family, friends and a few co-workers come up and ask about the show. They said it was very entertaining. We didn’t invite anyone over, but we may let some friends know who missed the episode last time. I have a hard time watching myself on TV, but the girls love it!

If someone is on the fence about buying at Innsbrook, what would you say to them?
It’s carefree at Innsbrook. No worries; there’s no pressure of everyday life.
