Our cute and cuddly Innsbrook mascot, Timber, has made appearances around our beautiful community in many different forms. From Timber’s Nature Tips in the IBK Explorer to a stuffed animal souvenir in the Aspen Boutique, Timber offers a little piece of IBK to everyone who drives through our gates. Recently, new menu items have been brewing at Aspen Café and we’re excited to introduce Timber’s newest venture, the Timber Latte!
