Innsbrook’s cozy lakeside coffee house, the Aspen Café, has served as the perfect, quaint spot for property owners and guests to relax and enjoy their favorite cup of joe since its opening this past year. Recently, Aspen Café has been brewing up a fresh batch of menu items and added a coffee powerhouse to the Innsbrook community- Starbucks.

Now proudly serving Starbucks beverages, customers and guests can skip the long drive-thru lines and head up to the Aspen Café for all of their favorite drinks and treats including a variety of flavorful Refreshers, Frappuccinos, Expressos, hot and iced coffees and teas, and much more. Along with Starbucks beverages, Aspen Café customers can look forward to new menu items and weekly chef-made pastries and lunch items.

“We will be adding some breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches to the menu and will feature Starbucks seasonal drinks,” said Kenny Storie, Innsbrook’s General Manager of Food and Beverage. “We will still offer Ted Drewes frozen custard and we will bring in a few sweet treats now and then as they become available.”

Featuring Starbucks and house made beverages, high-quality comfort food, and delicious desserts and bakery goods from Aspen’s in-house scratch kitchen, Aspen Café pairs the whole coffee experience with an emphasis on attentive hospitality and the relaxed, lakeside lifestyle the Innsbrook backdrop provides.

“We want to continue to make Aspen Café a central gathering point for everyone who enters the gates and accommodate requests as we are able to. We are looking ahead to the possibility of some much needed back-of-house renovations that would allow us to provide more for the Innsbrook community.”

So stop by and check out everything new at the Aspen Café from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. daily, and maybe even grab a seasonal Peppermint Mocha Latte (or two). All of Aspen Café’s new menu items will be available during the grand re-opening weekend on January 7-8. Stay tuned for more details coming soon!
