Located 45 minutes west of St. Louis, Innsbrook is excited to announce their newest series of dining events, “Chef Showcase.” Beginning January 7, Innsbrook will spotlight the talents of their culinary staff every Friday and Saturday evening from 5-8:30 p.m. during the month of January.

Attendees will enjoy the beautiful lakeside view paired with a unique a la carte menu custom-created by the spotlighted Innsbrook chef. Seating will take place on the Sycamore Terrace, located at the Aspen Center inside Innsbrook Resort.

“We have a talented culinary team and this is a great opportunity for guests to experience their artistry in a way they may not have experienced before,” said Kenny Storie, Innsbrook’s General Manager of Food and Beverage. “The menus will be put together by that weekend’s showcased chef and will differ from week to week. Each chef brings their own creative flair to their dishes and those who attend will be able to see the variety in their talents each week.”

While Innsbrook’s Clubhouse Bar and Grille is closed for the month of January, the “Chef Showcase” dining events allow Innsbrook guests, vacationers, and community members an alternative dining option close to home. Two of Innsbrook’s expert Head Chefs will be spotlighted throughout the “Chef Showcase” events: Chef Mike (Aspen Center Head Chef) and Chef Nate (Innsbrook’s Clubhouse Bar & Grille Head Chef). Each chef will have the creative freedom to customize their entire menu, allowing for a different culinary experience each weekend for those who attend.

The “Chef Showcase” Schedule is as follows:

• January 14 & 15, featuring Chef Nate
• January 21 & 22, featuring Chef Mike
• January 28 & 29, featuring Chef Nate

A full cash bar will be available but is not included in menu pricing.
