Innsbrook’s food and beverage team is excited to introduce a new selection of chef-made products available soon at the Country Market. IBK Chef Prepared products will feature a delicious variety of creative, hand-made products from Innsbrook’s Aspen Center Head Chef, Chef Mike.

“Chef Mike has a flair for detail and really emphasizes those qualities when creating items that are incredibly tasty,” said Kenny Storie, Innsbrook’s General Manager of Food and Beverage. “If he can add something a little extra to give his dish a lot of ‘pop’ then he’ll do it. His creativity is evident in his food and as we move forward that will show in the products he creates.”

IBK Chef Prepared products will include traditional grab-and-go favorites, as well as unique ready-to-heat and eat lunch and dinner creations. Heat n’ Serve dinners are perfect for those who don’t want to spend their evening in the kitchen. Delicious chef-made dinners such as Seafood Canneloni and Teriyaki Grilled Chicken Power Bowls make feeding the family a stress-free task that is easy on the pocket book. Homemade chicken salad on a croissant, toasted raviolis, seasonal chef-inspired soups, and cheesy garlic flatbread with marinara are just a few of the available ready-to-heat and eat items. Plus, Chef Mike’s house-made chips are a popular favorite and a perfect on-the-run snack!

Chef Mike’s creativity will allow for new pizza selections, as well as the creation of new dishes with the ingredients he has available month to month.
