Experience the serene beauty of a Midwestern fall as you tour select distinctive properties at Innsbrook, a recreational lake community less than an hour west of St. Louis. Members of the public are invited to attend Innsbrook’s annual Fall Home Tour on Saturday, October 14. Home tours begin at noon and end at 4:00 p.m.

Innsbrook is known for its rustic and refined A-frame chalets, most of which are located on the shores of the community’s 100+ scenic lakes. Tour stunning lakeside getaways, treehouses overlooking the valley below, and tucked-away residential retreats set amid the autumn colors. Most of the showcase properties on this tour are available for sale.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to take a hard hat tour of Innsbrook’s newest property concept, the Tyrolean Sonnenhaus. The new property concept combines the modern exterior of a treehouse with cozy interior elements of a cottage into one convenient and comfortable residence that can transition from a vacation home to a permanent residence, 365 days a year. Innsbrook’s construction managers and real estate agents will be onsite to answer questions and discuss the showcased properties in detail.

Pre-registration is recommended, but not required. The tour is self-guided. Check-in at our main gate and follow the signs to pick up your tour map at Innsbrook’s Charrette Creek Commons amenity complex.

Before heading out to explore the community, enjoy complimentary beer, brats, hot dogs and live music by the pool at Charrette Creek Commons. Special offers and events at additional onsite eateries will be available for visitors to enjoy along their route.
