Innsbrook Announces New Treehouse Development
“A tree house, a free house, a secret you and me house, a high up in the leafy branches cozy as can be house… Let’s go live in a tree house.”
― Shel Silverstein, Where the Sidewalk Ends
Innsbrook began with a small cluster of A-frames and a few like-minded families who dreamed of an escape where they and their kids could explore nature’s wonder away from the worries of modern life. The definition of modern life has changed quite a bit in the intervening decades, but that founding dream continues to converge with reality every day for Innsbrook families. And our adventure westward in the Tyrolean Region continues with our latest expansion, the Treehouses of Talblick.
TREEHOUSE LIFE
For families looking to explore new frontiers, Innsbrook’s newest venture comprises an expansion on the southwestern side of the property, surrounded by 1,500 acres of beautiful forests and lakes. Discover a panorama of woodland dreams and rich valleys with a unique treehouse development, consuming 13 lots that will become available this summer. Treehouse models are designed to elicit the whimsical feeling of floating amid lofty treetops while being embraced within exceptional natural scenery the Innsbrook landscape provides. With 146 acres of terrain below, treehouse owners will have easy access to nearby hiking trails and are able to explore the peaceful Midwestern forests and unique wildlife that resides within Innsbrook’s gates with ease.
Ranging between 1,000 and 1,600 square feet, the one, two, and three bedroom treehouses will each boast the same exterior layout, with maintenance-free siding options, intended to put a modern twist on a home hidden within nature’s shadows. Elongated windows will line each side of the great room, providing a breathtaking view of the valleys below, while resting on steel beams lifted 4-12 feet in the air.

NEW VIEWS & DEVELOPMENTS
As Innsbrook continues to expand, a new lake, Lake Morgan, will become the home to a new A-frame community on the west side of Lake Tyrol. Owners can expect to see the gradual development of the area this summer, along with five lots around Lake Morgan, each perched on the water’s edge for a serene view of the fresh, tranquil setting.
Additional opportunities to own a recreational wooded oasis will become available soon as new plats for nine chalet properties located Southeast of Alpine Lake Damn are underway.
