Now that (slightly) cooler autumn temperatures have arrived, it’s time for firepits, flannel blankets and fall home tours!

For the past 27 years, Innsbrook has opened its gates to the St. Louis region at our Fall Home Tour, putting on display a select number of distinctive properties, many of which are for sale and some that will ignite inspiration in décor and design.

Experience the family-friendly, relaxed Innsbrook atmosphere with live music and festive fall accents when you check in to get your driving map and tour booklet at Charrette Creek Commons, Innsbrook’s new amenity complex featuring a zero-entry pool, poolside grill and fitness center. There will also be food and beverages available for purchase from the Summerhaus.

Then you’ll head out on the winding country roads to explore properties in the area of 236-acre Alpine Lake, Innsbrook’s largest and most pristine. Here is a sneak peek of the properties that will be on the tour:

Experience a color crescendo at Innsbrook’s annual Fall Home Tour, a free self-guided driving tour that runs from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 7. Preregistration for the Fall Home Tour is recommended but not required.
