Big and small, round and meandering, secluded and social, our dazzling lakes are a great place for you to spend quality time with your family and friends. Since big motors aren't permitted on our lakes, you can be sure your favorite swimming spot will be splendid, your canoeing will be serene and the fish will always bite (well, most of the time).
Reminder: There are no lifeguards on duty at any of Innsbrook’s lakes. All lakes are swim at your own risk.

Rules and Regulations
Innsbrook Resort is a quiet lake community. Only boats propelled by sail, oar, paddle, or electric trolling motor are permitted on Innsbrook Resort lakes. Motorized water toys are not allowed (ex. electric surfboards).
Maximum capacity shall not exceed 220lbs of thrust or 10 HP.
Innsbrook is a no-wake lake community. Electric boats shall produce no wake.
Pontoon boats cannot be larger than 16' long and 8' wide.
Monohulled watercraft are limited to 20' long and 8' wide.
Only homeowners may bring boats to use on Innsbrook lakes. No guest boats.
All boats must be registered with Innsbrook and have a recreation sticker. The property owner information office at the Charrette Creek Commons can sell you boat stickers for $5 each. They do not expire.
