Event Summary:
Prepare for an extraordinary 6-course dining experience crafted by Innsbrook’s renowned Chef Andrew Iden. Each course will be paired with select wines from Missouri’s iconic Stone Hill Winery, elevating every bite and sip.
The evening will be hosted by Nathan Held, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Stone Hill Winery, who will share his deep connection to the winery’s history and legacy. As part of the family that revived Stone Hill Winery in 1965, Nathan will offer an inside look into the winery’s storied past and exciting future, including the fascinating research he’s leading to rediscover pre-Prohibition grape varieties.
You’ll also hear from Stone Hill’s talented Winemaker, Stephen Des Rochers, whose expertise spans the globe—from New Zealand to renowned U.S. wineries. Stephen will provide a fresh, expert perspective on the winemaking process, giving you a deeper appreciation for the exceptional wines you’ll be tasting throughout the night.
