Treat your taste buds to an evening of bold flavors at Tequila & Tacos on Friday, July 31, from 5:30–9:00 p.m. at the Aspen Center. Enjoy a six-course chef-crafted Mexican menu, with each dish expertly paired with premium tequilas, handcrafted cocktails, and mezcal. Along the way, you’ll sample a variety of distinctive spirits while learning what makes each pour unique.

- First Course Pineapple Salsa & Guacamole with house made corn tortilla chips served with Ghost Silver Spicy Margarita
- Second Course Beef Enchilada served with Black Sheep Ranch Water
- Third Course Tamales with Chicken & Green Sauce served with Don Ramon Reposado Paloma
- Fourth Course Cheese Papusas served with Bozal Ensamble Mezcal Horchata
- Fifth Course Chorizo & Potato Taco served with Don Alberto Extra Añejo Old Fashioned
- Sixth Course Buñuelos with ice cream served with Masuave Añejo Espresso Martini
Whether you’re a tequila enthusiast or simply looking for a fun and flavorful night out, this relaxed outdoor experience on the Aspen Patio is the perfect way to sip, savor, and discover a new favorite. In the event of inclement weather, the event will move indoors to the Sycamore Room & Terrace.
