• 5:30 PM – Parking opens
• 5:30 PM – Viewing areas open (Hillside, Lake Stage, Aspen Patio)
• 6:00 PM – Live Music by Pink Houses begins
• 6:30–8:00 PM – Pre-Fireworks Dining Buffet
• 9:15 PM – Fireworks begin over Lake Aspen

Dine before the show with mouthwatering favorites like smoked brisket, beer-battered cod, vegetarian tortellini, cowboy BBQ taters, a full salad bar, and a gourmet dessert station (gluten-free and sugar-free options available). See full menu below.

Patio guests may choose to dine at their reserved tables. Lake-side guests must dine indoors.

EVENT REMINDERS:

• No outside food, drinks, coolers, or tents
• Blankets allowed after 5:00 PM only (to protect the lawn)
• Lawn chairs may be placed after 10:00 AM on July 5th
• Eventbrite ticket must be presented to re-enter after 5:00 PM
• Cash bars available at all viewing locations

PARKING PASSES (FREE with reservation)

• 1–2 General or Golf Cart Parking Passes per group

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 to receive a refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee per ticket. A $10 Eventbrite cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, even before the deadline.

• No refunds after July 1 at 4:00 PM.
• No-shows and walk-aways will be charged in full + 20% automatic gratuity.
