There are so many exciting things happening at Innsbrook at this time in our history! We’ve recently announced plans for a brand new, expansive amenity complex in a more central location for most property owners. We’re leaving the Farmhouse/stables event area that we’ve outgrown and headed down south and around the bend to more than 30 acres of beautiful meadowland surrounded by forests.

The complex, opening in summer 2015, will house a glistening new pool with a lazy river, a nature-inspired playground (which is pretty much what defines Innsbrook as a whole!) and a fitness center for those rainy days when you can’t jog, bike, or swim outside! We’ve also changed the name of our Conference Center to the Aspen Center at Innsbrook. The building has undergone and will continue to undergo a series of remodels to meet the expectations of property owners and meeting, wedding and banquet planners and guests. The new name is more befitting of the rustic feel and modern amenities of the improved space.

And we’ve recently announced that the Clubhouse will be undergo a complete renovation this winter.

Point being – this is not the time to say “We’ll wait another year” on getting your property at Innsbrook.
