Property Wellness Checks

Innsbrook Services offers property wellness checks. All homes require preventative maintenance, especially when the home is not in full-time use. These checks ensure that inexpensive preventative maintenance does not become costly emergency maintenance.

This service is available to property owners at a set cost of $115 per visit. No repair work will be done on these visits. An inspection checklist will be submitted to the homeowner with an invoice following the check-up. Included in these visits is a walk of the exterior and interior of the property.

Online Property Service Requests Available

Property Owners may submit online for seasonal services, periodic landscaping, and pest control requests. Plus, all general maintenance requests including leaf removal, gutter cleaning, plumbing work, driveway surfacing and much more can now be requested online! Looking to have consistent services for your property without having to call every month? We can help!

*Please note, mowing and pest control service requests do not automatically roll over from year to year and must be requested by the property owner each year. Winterization & Dewinterization appointments require 48 hours of advance notice.
